worldcuphostcities - Football Matches In Brasilia

As a Brasilia native and an avid football fan, I can’t wait for the World Cup 2014 that is going to be held in Brazil. It is going to be my first time to watch the actual world cup and personally get to experience the thrill and fun that the tournament brings to its player and audience.

As a Brasilia native, I have witnessed a lot of football matches in our place.  Football tournament here, Futsal matches there. Football is the most common sport in Brazil, and Brasilia is proud to be hosting a lot of football events and tournaments.

Since Brazil is fond of football, Brasilia takes pride in being one of the cities that hosts a lot of football and futsal tournaments. Brasilia hosted the 2008 FIFA Futsal world cup at its very own Nelson Nilson Sports Hall.

Being a host to a lot of football matches, Brasilia also takes pride in having the New National Stadium of Brasilia. The stadium can accommodate about 70,000 spectators. The New Mational Stadium of Brasilia is considered to be among the biggest stadiums in Brazil.

Aside from having the New National Stadium and the Nelson Nilson Sports Hall, Brasilia also has its other venue for football matches. The Bezarrao, where international football matches are held, and the Serajao, where in home matches are held.

In 2014, Brasilia will again welcomes its visitors to witness the ever exciting and thrilling football matches that only the World Cup and FIFA can offer.

Since I am a Brasilia native, I will never let myself miss out in any games held in our place. Sure as hell, I am going to be where the matches will be held. I am sure to watch every Football match there is. Be it a Brazilian game or team from other participating countries, I will really watch it despite and in spite of everything.

The football fanatic in me is really excited to come out!
